During the process of claims handling and for the better assessment of damages, we are able to:

  • give advice in drafting and transmission of accident reports;
  • assist customers in the collection, transmission and management of documentation to insurers;
  • submit complaints to the insurance company;
  • nominate, when appropriate, on behalf of the customer and interact directly with professionals and/or lawyers for valid technical support in matter handling;
  • control of any statute of limitations;
  • periodically update the customer on the status of the practice;
  • manage the liquidation procedure: payment of damages and compensations in favor of the Client.
