Our goal is to reach a positive closure of the procedures that meets the customer desires, in compliance with the rules and practices for different types of damages and liabilities.<\/p>

During the process of claims handling and for the better assessment of damages<\/strong>, we are able to:<\/p>

  • give advice in drafting and transmission of accident reports;<\/li>
  • assist customers in the collection, transmission and management of documentation to insurers;<\/li>
  • submit complaints to the insurance company;<\/li>
  • nominate, when appropriate, on behalf of the customer and interact directly with professionals and\/or lawyers for valid technical support in matter handling;<\/li>
  • control of any statute of limitations;<\/li>
  • periodically update the customer on the status of the practice;<\/li>
